The hotel stay order can be made in writing, by telephone, fax, or by the means of e-mail:

The order will be confirmed by return within 24 hours from receiving the booking – by e-mail, phone, or fax.

Payment
The client pays usually a foregift of 30% (Christmas, New Year's Eve – we demand 100%) of the ordered stay price to our bank account. The rest is payed in cash right in the hotel.
The order is definite when the foregift is payed.
After paying the guest receives a Voucher, by post or e-mail, confirming the booking and payed sum of money as a foregift.

Cancellation conditions
The client is allowed to cancel the stay without giving reasons on the following conditions:

• before the deposit is payed without cancellation fees
• 1 month before the beginning of the booked stay – 10% off the deposit
• 30 – 15 days before the beginning of the booked stay – 20% off the deposit
• 14 – 8 days before the beginning of the booked stay – 40% off the deposit
• 7 -2 days before the beginning of the booked stay – 60% off the deposit
• 1 day before the beginning of the booked stay and on the arrival day – 80% off the deposit

The stay cancellation can be made in writting, by phone, fax, or e-mail.

The hotel management is allowed to cancel the stay on the following conditions:

• if the client does not pay right and in time
• on unpredictable conditions
